Culinary Manager
Pabel Regalado Mantilla is the Culinary Manager at Bella Vita Italian Steakhouse, part of FMK Hospitality Group in The Villages, FL. Originally from Venezuela and now residing in Summerfield, FL, Pabel brings 17 years of international culinary experience to the table, having worked in Venezuela, Colombia, Panama, and the United States. He began his journey with FMK two years ago as a line cook and has since grown into a leadership role. His dedication to crafting exceptional dining experiences has made him a valuable asset at both Bella Vita and Harvest.

Pabel’s passion for food is evident in every dish he touches, especially the scallop risotto—his personal favorite. He often recommends the Tutto Mare to guests, praising its rich flavor and the opportunity it offers to enjoy the ocean’s bounty in one plate. Outside the kitchen, Pabel explores creative outlets through woodworking and 3D printing, bringing the same level of artistry and precision to his hobbies as he does to his culinary craft.
