He started as an Assistant General Manager and has since risen to the position of General Manager at Bella Vita Italian Steakhouse, showcasing his leadership and management capabilities.
Rick's personal favorite on the menu is the Manicotti, reflecting his appreciation for the culinary offerings at FMK. As a General Manager in The Villages, FL, he thrives on the opportunity to interact with a diverse and contented clientele, providing them with genuine hospitality. Michael Sebulski
Culinary Manager
Hailing from Palatka, Florida, Michael Sebulski brings more than 15 years of culinary experience and a true passion for his craft to FMK Hospitality Group. Over the past six years, he’s played an important role in several FMK kitchens, including Belle Glade, Evans Prairie, Chop House, Tap House, and Bonifay, before joining the team at Bella Vita Italian Steakhouse as Culinary Manager.
Michael is known for his strong leadership, creative approach to food, and dedication to excellence in every dish he creates. He thrives on the camaraderie within FMK Hospitality Group, where teamwork and shared passion inspire him to continually grow, innovate, and collaborate with talented professionals across the company.
