ELKIN NATERA

General Manager

Elkin Natera, originally from Barranquilla, Colombia, has been an integral part of the FMK Hospitality Group for the past 2 years. With nearly three decades of experience in the restaurant industry, Elkin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.

 

During his time with FMK, Elkin has contributed his skills to various restaurants within the group. He started as a Restaurant Manager and has since worked at notable establishments such as Bluefin, Coastal Del Mar and Harvest. Currently, Elkin serves as the General Manager at Bella Vita, showcasing his versatility and dedication to the FMK brand.

 

As a General Manager in The Villages, Elkin finds joy in combining his passion for food with his love for people. Working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, he creates a unique and enriching experience for both staff and guests. Elkin takes pride in representing FMK and is committed to serving exceptional cuisine, ensuring that every guest leaves with long-lasting memories.

JUSTIN DOVEY

Culinary Manager

Justin Dovey, Culinary Manager at Bella Vita Italian Steakhouse in The Villages, FL, boasts 20 years in the industry, with five dedicated years at FMK. Starting as a Line Cook, he's elevated kitchens at Chop House, Bluefin, Coastal Del Mar, Harvest, and now Bella Vita.

 

Originally from Ft. Myers, FL, Justin's culinary journey with FMK showcases his commitment to excellence. His personal favorite on the menu is the Stuffed Manicotti, while guests rave about the Lasagna with layers of meat, cheese, and bolognaise.

 

As a driving force at Bella Vita, Justin brings creativity and precision, ensuring memorable dining experiences for guests and solidifying his role as a key player in FMK Hospitality Group.
