During his tenure with FMK, Rick has contributed his skills to various establishments within the group, including Bluefin, Harvest, and Bella Vita Italian Steakhouse. He started as an Assistant General Manager and has since risen to the position of General Manager at Bella Vita Italian Steakhouse, showcasing his leadership and management capabilities.
Rick's personal favorite on the menu is the Manicotti, reflecting his appreciation for the culinary offerings at FMK. As a General Manager in The Villages, FL, he thrives on the opportunity to interact with a diverse and contented clientele, providing them with genuine hospitality. Michael St. John
Culinary Manager
Michael St. John, originally from San Diego, CA, serves as the Culinary Manager at Bella Vita Italian Steakhouse. With a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Management from the Art Institute of California–San Diego, he began his career in the kitchen, where his passion for food truly took root. After exploring a corporate path, he realized his heart belonged in the culinary world. Since joining FMK a year ago as a line cook at Harvest, Michael has quickly risen through the ranks—earning promotions to Assistant Kitchen Manager and ultimately Culinary Manager at Bella Vita. He credits his growth to the mentorship, professional guidance, and opportunities FMK has provided, and he looks forward to continuing to learn and grow with the company.
Beyond his professional achievements, Michael is a talented pianist of 13 years, the youngest of ten siblings, and enjoys outdoor activities like swimming, hiking, and camping. He and his husband also share a love for breeding bulldogs. Michael passion for food, dedication to his craft, and warm leadership style make him a valued part of the FMK family.
