RICK BRYAN

General Manager

Rick Bryan, a seasoned hospitality professional, hails from East Haven, CT, and has been an integral part of the FMK Hospitality Group for the past two years. With over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Rick brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.

 

During his tenure with FMK, Rick has contributed his skills to various establishments within the group, including Bluefin, Harvest, and Bella Vita Italian Steakhouse. He started as an Assistant General Manager and has since risen to the position of General Manager at Bella Vita Italian Steakhouse, showcasing his leadership and management capabilities.

 

Rick's personal favorite on the menu is the Manicotti, reflecting his appreciation for the culinary offerings at FMK. As a General Manager in The Villages, FL, he thrives on the opportunity to interact with a diverse and contented clientele, providing them with genuine hospitality. Rick values working for the FMK Hospitality Group, emphasizing the organization's commitment to both guests and the team. His dedication to creating memorable dining experiences aligns seamlessly with FMK's mission of delivering exceptional service and care.

JUAN RODRIGUEZ

Culinary Manager

Juan Rodriguez, Culinary Manager at Bella Vita Italian Steakhouse in The Villages, FL, brings nearly two decades of experience in the restaurant industry. Born in Puerto Rico, he moved to Florida in 2015 and has since become an invaluable part of FMK Hospitality Group.

 

With almost two years at FMK, Juan has honed his skills across several FMK locations, including Belle Glade, Bonifay, Bluefin, and now Bella Vita. Starting as a line cook at Belle Glade, Juan has advanced through dedication and a passion for Italian cuisine. While he doesn’t have a single favorite entrée, he takes pride in crafting all the dishes at Bella Vita, with guests particularly enjoying his manicotti and lasagna.
